Last week - we sat down to dinner with Bike Snob. Yes it was NYC (well Brooklyn - which is cooler) - we did talk bikes and we did ride up the busy street. We drank two guinesses and he had a burger and chips (the right choice) and we had something that is a bit like a Dim Sim - but - different.
